Veranda Jobs

  1. Buy, build and 2 porch swings on the veranda in place of the broken picnic tables. In the spring the plan is to leave one table on the south end so boaters sit and put their bags down while waiting for the launch so the swings will be set up just north of that table to look east into the bay. Remaining good picnic tables will be placed in their usual spot.

  2. Build veranda deck on east side where the pilings are extended, possible dingy storage

Basement Jobs

  1. Clean out the work bench area so it can be used when needed

  2. Carpenter to come give suggestions for stabilizing the floor
